2. Cosmetic Product Notice

BOTONIX Post Procedure Recovery Cream is a cosmetic product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements made about BOTONIX products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Always consult your skincare professional or physician before incorporating any product into your post-procedure routine.

3. Use Restrictions

BOTONIX is for external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. Do not apply to open wounds unless directed by a healthcare professional. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed. Orders are not confirmed until payment is fully processed.

5. Small-Batch Production & Shipping

BOTONIX is freshly made in small batches. Orders may require additional processing time before shipment. Standard processing time, shipping carrier options, and tracking will be communicated by email after purchase.

6. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy, including the 5-day return authorization window.

7. Intellectual Property

The name BOTONIX, the BOTONIX logo, product imagery, marketing copy, and all original content on this site are the intellectual property of BOTONIX L.L.C. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

8. Customer Conduct

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to interfere with site functionality, or to infringe any intellectual property rights of BOTONIX L.L.C. or others.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOTONIX L.L.C., its members, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site or any BOTONIX product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOTONIX L.L.C. from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
