At BOTONIX, every order is freshly made in small batches with care. Because each jar is produced individually for our customers, please review the policy below before requesting a return or refund.

Eligibility Window

You have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return authorization. Requests submitted after this 5-day window cannot be accepted.

How to Request a Refund

All returns require pre-authorization. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

  1. Email [email protected] within 5 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will respond with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  3. Returns sent without an authorization number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.

Condition of Returned Product

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Opened or used jars cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons consistent with cosmetic industry standards.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please email [email protected] within 5 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for refund.
